The Mathmos Lava Lamp Factory Showroom is now open to visitors, visiting details here. Please come and visit us to see the full range of Mathmos lava lamps, talk to our product experts and share your stories with us. Products are of course available to both take away and have sent within the UK free of charge.

We will always keep back a few Limited Editions, Special Fills and even First Editions for those visiting the factory. We also offer our 30% Accessory Discount with no minimum amount should you need spares to keep your lamps flowing.

We have been based in Poole, Dorset, UK, since 1963. We have moved around into larger and smaller factories and back again, never moving far from our first factory on Poole Quay.

Mathmos is lucky to have an active collecting community for both our vintage and current lava lamp models.

We also regularly offer Special Fills for out of range lava lamp colourways filled to order in our Poole factory.
