Astro Baby in the original copper anodised finish with a choice of eight colour combinations. Originally called Astro mini this classic lava lamp was designed by the inventor of lava lamps Edward Craven Walker and launched in 1964. Whilst the design has been in continuous British production since its launch, the original copper anodised finish has not been available since the 1980s. Replacement parts, including bespoke halogen bulbs, are available from Mathmos on an ongoing basis.
